Janki Yoga

Offerings

There are a few ways we can practice together, and which one fits depends on where you are. I'm starting small-group classes — a handful of people practicing together, kept small so it stays personal. If you'd rather work one to one, the regular rhythm is a one-hour session I shape around what you need at that point in your life. And if you're new to this, or to me, you can always start with a free thirty-minute intro so we can meet first.

Group classes

I'm starting small-group classes, for when you'd rather practice alongside other people than on your own. I'm keeping the group small so it stays personal. Sign in to find a time that works and hold your place.

One-to-one sessions

After the intro, the regular sessions are an hour long. What we work on depends on where you are at that point — sometimes it's breath and movement, sometimes it's sitting practice, sometimes it's questions that came up since the last time we met. How often we meet is up to you, but if you want to build a steady rhythm into the practice, once or twice a week is a good place to start.

Free thirty-minute intro

The first time we meet is free and runs about thirty minutes. We'll talk a little about what brought you here, do a short practice together, and at the end you can decide whether you want to come back. There's nothing else to sign up for, and you don't need to know anything about yoga before we start.
